Description

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT 48 MONTHS-2 OE- "MEDICINAL OXIGEN AND OTHER GAS" The products to be purchased are indispensable for the functioning of the medical activity and for ensuring optimal hospitalization conditions for patients admitted to the Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children "St. Maria" Iasi. Complexity of the contract/framework agreement=reduced. As it was not possible to accurately estimate the quantities of products, but also the allocation of financial resources was somewhat variable, it was considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 48 months with two economic operators. The framework product agreement is concluded with each of the two successful economic operators (where there are two economic operators). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days, in accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016, as amended.
