Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the mechanical cleaning of the City of Kraków, divided into two districts.
The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract shall include:
— Annex No 1 – material scope with a map of divisions;
— Annex No 2 – Terms of reference for the performance of the work by the Contractor.
The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. Each Contractor may submit a tender in no more than 1 area.
The contracting authority shall not allow any part of the contract to be subcontracted.
area No 1 – comprises an area which runs along the south-eastern and southern boundary of the city, along the Vistula river, including its right bank to the ul. Nowohucka, Nowohucka Street and Powstańców Wielkopolskie Street to ul. Powstańców Śląskie, along Powstańców Śląskie to ul. Kamieński, along ul. Kamieński (parts from Powsańców Śląskie to Maternity Rond) to the maternal Rond, along ul. Wadowicka and Zakopiańska – together with the road lane of these streets, to the boundaries of the city. Road lanes of Nowohucka Streets and Powstańców Wielkopolskie, Powstańców Śląskie, part of ul. Kamieński (from the Silesians to the Maternity Rond), the Maternity Rond and the Wielkopolskie insurgents are not part of the area
Division 2 – comprises an area which runs along the south-western and north-west boundary of the city, al. 29-go Listopada, following al. 29-go Listopada do ul. Opolska, along ul. Opolska do ul. Prądnicka, along ul. Prądnicka, ul. Bratislavaska, ul. Wybicki, ul. Czyżewski, ul. Głowacki, ul. Piastowskia do ul. Queen Jadwiga along ul. Queen Jadwigi (section towards Salvator) to ul. Kościuszki, then along the Vistula river, including its right bank to the Dębnicki Bridge (without the bridge), along ul. Konopnicka to the Maternity Rond, along Wadowicka and Zakopia Street to the southern border of the city. Road lanes of Konopnicka Streets, Ronda Grunwaldzka, Maternity Ronda, Wadowicka and Zakopia, al. 29-go Listopada, Opolska, Prądnicka, Bratislavska, Wybicki, Czyżewski, Głowacki, Piastowski, King Jadwiga (section towards Salvator) do not belong to the area.
