Description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 (two) lots. 2. The subject of the contract in Part 1 is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste arising from residential and non-resident properties in the Municipality of Pilchowice in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027. The estimated amount of waste generated over a period of 24 months is: 13 039,000 Mg. As far as option rights are concerned, the estimated amount of waste is 30% of the basic contract – 3 911,700 Mg. As far as option rights are concerned, the estimated amount of waste is 12.5 % of the basic contract – 1 629.875 Mg. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ) contains Annex 2.1. to the FTZ. 4. The subject of the contract in Part 2 is the service of preparation and operation of a separate collection point for municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in the period from 12 January 26 to 11 January 28. The estimated amount of waste generated over a period of 24 months is: 633,158 Mg. As far as option rights are concerned, the estimated amount of waste is 30% of the basic contract – 189.947 Mg. As regards the option right, the estimated amount of waste is 12.5% of the basic contract – 79,145 Mg. 5.
