Description

The subject of the public contract is the provision of services consisting in the insurance of the property and liability of the town of Bílina and its established or established organisations. The subject of the insurance will be secured by the conclusion of an insurance contract for an indefinite period. In the performance of a specific contract, the contracting authority will be in the position of the insured and the policyholder. On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected contractor will provide the contracting authority with the performance of the subject of this public contract. The contracting authority laid down the minimum scope of that insurance in the specification annexed to the tender specifications. Further specifications of the subject-matter of performance are set out in this tender documentation and its annexes.
