‘Acquisition of 200 000 litres of EURO 5 diesel fuel in a wholesale system, with a 9.5 cubic metre tank, with a pump, made available to the contracting authority throughout the duration of the contract’ Euro 5 diesel fuel must comply with the provisions of SR EN 590:2004 and those of Government Decision No 689/2004. The fuel tank is a mobile fuel storage container used for internal use. The fuel tank should only be used to supply fuel to vehicles, or to fill transportable fuel containers. The fuel tank can only be handled when it is empty. It must be handled by lifting with a lifting hook attached to the lifting ear at the top of the tank.
