Description

The subject of the contract is the selection of the Contractor (also known as the ‘Financial Intermediary’ or ‘PF’) who will provide the services of implementation and management of the financial instrument ‘Guarantee’ commissioned by the Contracting Authority, to which the Contracting Authority will make a financial contribution from the Funds under the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, from which individual guarantees will be provided and which will be reimbursed to the Contracting Authority under the conditions set out in the relevant provisions of the contract. The parameters of the individual guarantees provided by the Contractor are set out in the ‘Metrics of the financial instrument Guarantee’, which is attached as Annex No [2] to the relevant provisions of the contract (hereinafter: ‘Operational agreement’).
