Description

Supply of diesel to supply the 74 refuelling stations for vehicles used for rail transport, located in the national territory. This diesel fuel must comply strictly with standard NF EN 590 and either the CSR specifications 4-1-05 (or later version), CSR specifications 4-0-07 (or later version), or any other standard or specification decided by the French State.
The volumes will be removed by the SNCF group in refineries and/or oil depots by tanker wagons and/or heavy lorries during the period 1.6.2019 to 31.5.2020, with the possibility of extension until 31.5.2021.
In addition, during the winter period, for certain identified service stations, diesel suitable for very low temperatures will have to be made available in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the traction units.
