Description

The municipality of Weiskirchen (hereinafter: "Licensor") has the goal of providing comprehensive, high-performance access to gigabit networks. In addition, the grantor pursues the objective of strengthening its local areas as a business location and ensuring the competitiveness of its local companies. Concession agreements are therefore to be concluded with telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of gigabit networks and the provision of retail services in the areas specified below.
