Description

De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u uit om in te schrijven op een Europese Aanbesteding voor het beheer van het wagenpark van het getrokken materieel. Een betrouwbare coördinatie van preventief en correctief onderhoud is essentieel voor een efficiënt beheer. De Opdrachtnemer is, in overleg met de Opdrachtgever, verantwoordelijk voor het volledige onderhoudsproces. Dit omvat onder andere het tijdig inschakelen van gespecialiseerde onderhoudspartijen door Opdrachtnemer, het plannen en organiseren van preventief, correctief onderhoud inclusief bandenvervanging en schadeherstel, het waarborgen van de kwaliteitscontrole tijdens het hele proces en het afhandelen van de facturatie. Door een nauwe samenwerking met gespecialiseerde dienstverleners en een zorgvuldige planning, wordt de continuïteit en veiligheid van het materieel gewaarborgd. Het getrokken materieel wordt uitsluitend ingezet op het (veilige) Europese wegennet ten behoeve van intern transport voor de vredesbedrijfsoperaties.
