Description

The provision of services concerns specialised surveillance services to be carried out by technicians in the framework of the General Inspection G-4 of the Gas Turbine No 12 of the Komotini SES, with a capacity of 157.5 MW, design and construction of the Alstom House. The gas turbine is of type GT13E2 and was put into operation for the first time in 2001. Its General Inspectorate is scheduled for the period April-May 2016. The main tasks to be carried out in each Task Force are:
1. For Working Group A:
— initial measurements of gas turbine condition before disassembly,
— disassembly of the gas turbine,
— checking and replacing the parts of the gas turbine (mobile and fixed blades, thermal protection, combustion chamber, etc.),
— checking and replacing parts of the compressor (blades, distilling tiles, etc.),
— reassembly of the gas turbine,
— cold and hot commissioning.
2. For Working Group B:
— FSI works and improvements in Turbine Vane Carrier.
