Description

Tender for the supply of software to fully and fully support the Financial Administration (FA) and the Personnel and Salary Administration (PSA). The choice was made to allow applicants to offer separately on software for FA and for the PSA. Candidates who have software capable of supporting both administrations have the possibility to bid for the lots on both sides, but must split the tender completely in order to ensure comparability with other providers. The final candidate (s) will be responsible for the proper implementation of the software and the adequate management and maintenance of the software remotely (in line with the requirements programme).
