Description

Performance of assistance assignments with partial project management for the production of technical studies of the State Corps “high currents – low currents”. The SNCF station development projects are related to telecommunications and IT connections.
The benefit must cover the entire territory of Île-de-France.
The assistance missions are centred around those contained in Law No 85-704 of 12.7.1985 on public project management and its relationship with private project management, known as the MOP Law and Decree No 93-1268 of 29.11.1993 (see Annex 1).
These contracts were previously carried out in full by an internal department: ESTI. However, as a result of the successive peak loads and the expected increase in workload, DGIF’s management wishes to adopt a specific Moso CFA Télécom in addition to the building.
