The purpose of the services procured is to procure software development and implementation (programming) services for the project ‘Adult Education Programmes and Facilities Repository – Electronic Learning Services Tool’ necessary for the development of the Virtual Learning Environment IS (‘VMA IS’).
The purpose and purpose of the envisaged VMA IS is to create and manage a virtual non-formal learning environment (VMA) that will enable adults to learn through the preparation of non-formal education and training programmes for competences.
