PL-Czarne: preservation services of historical sites
1. The subject-matter of the contract is to carry out conservation works on mobile monuments in monumental monuments in the municipalities of: Black, urban Człuchów, Koczała and Republic, in accordance with a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for the Pomorskie Voivodship 2007-2013, Priority Axis 8. Local basic infrastructure 8.1.2 Local infrastructure to support economic development.
2. Part I – Conservation of organs.
The subject-matter of the contract is to carry out maintenance work at:
(a) an organ prospectus in the church at the invitation of the Ascension of Marya Panna in Czarne;
b) Organic prospectus in the church called St. Andrzej Boboli in Pietrzyków;
(C) Organic prospectus in the church under St’s invitation. Marcin in Gwieździna.
(2) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is the maintenance work programme set out in Annex 10 to the Specifications for Relevant Contract Terms.
3. Part II – Conservatory works for large monuments.
The subject-matter of the contract is to carry out maintenance work at:
(a) the main altar in the church at the invitation of the Ascension of Marya Panna in Czarne;
(b) Cambodia in the church under the invitation of the Assumption of Marya Panna in Czarne;
(C) church at the invitation of the Ascension of Marya Panna in Czarne;
(D) confesssions in the church under the invitation of the Ascension of Marya Panna in Czarne;
(e) Confessions in the Church under St. James Apostoła in Człuchów;
(F) altar in the former prezbiterium in the church under St’s call. James Apostoła in Człuchów;
(g) Cambodia in the church under St. Andrzej Boboli in Pietrzyków;
H) churches in the church under St’s call. Andrzej Boboli in Pietrzyków;
(I) the main finger in the church under St’s call. Vavrzyńca in Brzeziu;
(J) Cambodia in the Church under St. Vavrzyńca in Brzeziu;
(K) church at St. Vavrzyńca in Brzeziu;
(L) the main finger in the church under St’s call. Marcina in Cashnics;
(m) Cambodia in the church under St. Marcina in Cashnics;
(N) main finger in the church under St’s call. Marcin in Gwieździna;
(o) church church under St’s call. Marcin in Gwieździna;
(p) Four sculptures at ambone in the Church under St. Marcin in Gwieździna;
(Q) Church under St’s Church Francis from Assij in Olszanów.
(2) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is the maintenance work programme set out in Annex 11 to the Specifications for Relevant Contract Terms.
4. As the subject of the contract concerns conservation works on monuments listed in the register of monuments and protected by the Conservator of Monuments, the Contractor must carry out conservation works in accordance with the decisions in force issued by the Conservator of Monuments.
5. The contracting authority would like to inform you that this contract is a project for which the Contracting Authority has received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for the Pomorskie Province 2007-2013, Priority Axis 8. Local basic infrastructure 8.1.2 Local infrastructure supporting economic development and if the Contracting Authority is exposed to the loss of funding caused by non-compliance with contractual obligations and, in particular, implementation deadlines due to the Contractor’s fault, the Contracting Authority will seek full claims.
6. The contracting authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the maintenance work carried out, which is the subject of the contract, for a period of 12 months from the date on which the work is completed.
7. Where the description of the subject-matter of the contract indicates the origin (brand, trade mark, manufacturer, supplier) of the materials or standards referred to in Article 30. 1-3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority allows the offer of equivalent materials or solutions. Equivalence must be understood as guaranteeing the performance of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract. The self-names given in the descriptions of the subject-matter of the contract are not intended to infringe Articles 29 and 7 of the Public Procurement Act of 29.1.2004, but are intended merely to clarify the qualitative and technical expectations of the Contracting Authority.
