Description

The subject of this contract is the provision of maintenance services for digital terrestrial DTT television and DTT radio collective installations within the common and private parts of the contracting authority’s assets as described in the DPGF. The objective is to offer a television and radio service to tenants with an annual preventive visit and curative interventions on request as much as necessary. By means of a local location of the Holder, a multidisciplinary technical team, organizational tools for the handling of complaints, technical and administrative follow-up of interventions, assessment and management of performance indicators, communication tools for tenant information and the contracting authority. To carry out his mission, the Contractor has considerable autonomy, as well as documents made available to him by the contracting authority. This is a mixed contract: - flat-rate services (according to DPGF) - services on purchase order with maximum (according to BPU)
