Description

The purpose of the contract was the supply of food products in the form of full wholesale packaging for the kitchens of the city of Rovaniemi and the joint municipal training association of Rovaniemi.
The procurement was divided into the following sub-packages:
1. Dried and preserved products and other wholesale products (Annex 1).
2. Deep-frozen (Annex 2).
3. Dairy products (Annex 3).
4. Meat and processed meat products (Annex 4).
Tenderers may submit a tender for one or more sub-blocks. The food products had to comply with the requirements set out in the invitation to tender. The contract does not constitute a retail purchase obligation for the subscriber. Food is purchased as necessary.
The invitation to tender consisted of the tender documentation and the following annexes:
— Annexes 1 to 4 Tables of product prices.
— Annex 5 on delivery points and frequency.
— Annex 6: Draft framework contract.
— General terms and conditions of public contracts JYSE 2014 Goods.
