The President of the Authority for the Port System of the Eastern Adriatic Sea – Ports of Trieste and Monfalcone, having regard to the request received on 20 November 2025, by which PANE E PIZZA S.r.l., based in Muggia, Piazza Marconi 5, requested the concession for 20 years of the maritime state-owned assets located at the Muggia Coast, at the Colombo Pier, including a portion of the building, an uncovered area and related sub-services, for a total of mq. 821, in order to carry out catering, pizzeria and similar activities, after carrying out construction renovation works, NOTES that the aforementioned application will remain available to the public at the offices of the State Property and Heritage Directorate of the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea – Ports of Trieste and Monfalcone in the period between 18.08.2026 and 16.09.2026 inclusive. It therefore invites those who might have an interest in sending in writing to the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea, within the aforementioned mandatory period, the observations that they deem appropriate to protect their possible rights, with the warning that, after that period, further progress will be given to the practices relating to the requested concession. This deadline also applies to the submission of competing applications, which may not relate to activities other than that covered by the request received (restaurants) and must be submitted – failing which they will be inadmissible – using the SID form – template D1 – available on the web platform by registering on the institutional website: https://sid.mit.gov.it, and filled in in accordance with the instructions and facsimiles available on the MAO AdSP website at the following link: i-14-07-rev02-instructions-for-compilation-instance-for-act-formal-non-terminalista.pdf. In the case of competing applications, the projects will be assessed, in accordance with Article 37(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, on the basis of the criteria of the importance of infrastructure investments, the level of technological innovation and the sustainability and environmental impact of the proposed project. Please note that the investments will not be eligible for the reduction of the state-owned property fee pursuant to Article 15 of the ‘Regulation on State-owned property fees for the Port of Trieste’ approved by AdSPMAO Decree No 1766/2023. If the applications are deemed equivalent, the concession will be awarded following a private invitation to tender, in accordance with Article 37(3) of the Civil Code.
