The subject of the procurement is the provision of energy services to the Contracting Authority (User) by the energy service provider (selected bidder, hereinafter: Provider) for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the Building, which implies achieving and maintaining the guaranteed level of energy efficiency, i.e. guaranteed energy savings to which the Provider is bound by its offer (hereinafter: Tender) in relation to the benchmarks listed in the annex (Annex 2 - Benchmarks).
