Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Lieferung von Kaffee und die Bereitstellung von Kapselmaschinen und unterschiedlichen Kaffeevollautomaten mit einem Wartungsvertrag. Eine Rahmenvereinbarung wird auch deswegen gewählt, weil es nicht auszuschließen ist, daß es konzernweit zu Parallelvergaben oder anderen Käufen von Kaffee und dergleichen kommt.
