Description

With the project ‘Simmeringer Haide Phosphorrecycling (SH PREC)’, WIEN ENERGIE GmbH (contractor) intends to plan, build and operate a wet chemical plant for phosphorus recovery together with a technology partner at the Simmeringer Haide site. Currently, plant capacity is assumed to be up to an imputed target value of 48,000 tonnes of sewage sludge ash (Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge Sludge S This is based on the Waste Incineration Ordinance 2024, which requires a recovery of at least 80 m-% P from sewage sludge (KS) from 1.1.2033. This results in a project-specific recovery rate of at least 82 m-% from KSA. The selection of the technology partner is to take place in several phases according to the regulations of the Federal Procurement Act 2018 (BVergG). In order to prepare the selection process in more detail, the client is carrying out a transparent market survey in order to sharpen the approaches of Wien Energie GmbH in a targeted manner and, if necessary, to adapt them. This is therefore a voluntary notice for the purpose of conducting a market survey. It is clarified that the present case does not concern the organisation of a competition or the award of a public contract. No contract will be awarded as part of the market exploration. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to prec@kwr.at so that further documents can be sent. Interested companies will subsequently have the opportunity to submit the documents received concerning the trademark investigation by 20.11.2025 at the latest by e-mail to prec@kwr.at.
