1. DMS and RMA functionality;
2. A case system and business warehouse;
3. The latest version of the Case Type Catalogue adopted by KING;
4. A customer contact system (KCS) to record and understand customer contacts and case information, including relationship and customer management (citizens, businesses, institutions)
5. Possibilities for digital signature of documents (with certificate)
The Midoffice will have to connect or integrate with the following systems:
1. Vicrea data warehouse (GM), including site-bound data
2. Centric Suite4Environmental services
3. Kofax for scanned and validated documents
4. ESB of Enable-U (Enable2Orchestrate)
5. Civision Society
