Description

The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. Works on site occupied Phase of works required: Buildings A and C to be completed as a priority in 2028 This contract is unique. The contracting authority decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reasons: This contract is unique: Pursuant to the provisions of Article L 2113-11 of the Public Procurement Code, the contracting authority has decided not to award the contract on the ground that an allotment may make it technically difficult to perform the services or financially more expensive to perform the services. This unusual decision for Val Touraine Habitat is motivated in particular by the technical challenge represented by the demolition-reconstruction of all the balconies of low buildings on an occupied site. These structures, which are directly linked to the structure of the buildings and the safety of the occupants, require particularly close coordination between the various interventions. Carrying out the work in the presence of the tenants also requires rigorous phasing, reinforced security measures and continuous management of access and nuisance. In this context, the multiplication of interfaces between several holders could lead to difficulties
