Description

1. Name of the contract: ‘Delivery of acoustic curtains to the auditorium and educational room at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw’. General principles: 1) the subject of the order is the delivery of acoustic curtains, consisting in the delivery and installation in the premises of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw: the auditorium and the educational room to the extent indicated in the procurement documentation referred to in para. 3 of this Chapter of the FTZ; 2) The ordered equipment is aimed at improving the acoustic parameters of the rooms and providing the right conditions for conducting educational, cultural and conference events. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions of its implementation is included in: 1) Draft provisions of the Agreement ("PPU") concerning the subject-matter of the contract, included in Annex 1 to the FTZ; 2) the description of the subject-matter of the contract ("OPZ") included in Annex 2 to the FTZ;
