Description

Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Ciasna. The subject-matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties on which residents live within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Ciasna. The contracting authority provides for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 67(1). 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. The procurer reserves the right to award a contract consisting of the repetition of similar services to the basic contract and is consistent with its subject matter as referred to in Article 67 paragraph. 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. Contracts will consist of the repetition of similar services to the basic contract and will be in line with the subject matter of the basic contract, the value of which will not exceed 30 % of the value of the basic contract.
