Description

Die um das Jahr 1906 errichtete Dammschule in Heilbronn muss einer Generalsanierung unterzogen werden. Das Schulgebäude entspricht im Wesentlichen noch dem damaligen Ursprungszustand. Im Rahmen der Sanierung müssen die mangelbehafteten Geschossdecken größtenteils ausgetauscht und gegen neue Beton- / Stahlblech-Verbunddecken ersetzt werden. In diesem Zuge werden auch dringend erforderliche Maßnahmen an Fenstern / Fassaden, technischen Installationen, Raumakustik usw. ausgeführt (Sanierungsstau).
