Същ. полож.:
Изпълнението на строителните дейности се налага с оглед на възн. опасно състояние, което е в резултат на проявил се дестабилизационен процес, компрометирал участък от път I-8 Хасково—Свиленград от км 371+680 до км 371+880. На база извършен оглед на място на 9.04.2015 г. друж. „Геозапщта“ ЕООД — Перник вписва участъка в Регистъра на свлачищата на Р БЪЛГАРИЯ под идентификационен № HKV 28.65677-02.
Проектно предложение:
Целта на обществената поръчка е изпълнение на геозащитни мерки и дейности в свлачищния район с оглед опазване живота и здравето на населението, инфраструктурата и околната среда и предотвратяване на риска от свлачищни процеси и изграждането на контролно-измервателно система с оглед извършване на последващ мониторинг на територията с изпълнени геозащитни мерки и дейности за стабилизиране на свлачището. Очакваният резултат от изпълнението му е намаляване дела на населението в риск от свлачища и осигуряване на устойчивост при бедствия.
