Description

The services under these contracts are intended to: For Lot 1: Acquisition of office supplies, school supplies, office paper via a paperless ordering platform for the needs of the Department of Var. The school supplies are intended for children entrusted under the Social Assistance for Children and placed at the Departmental Childhood Centre of Var, concerns the supplies and environmental equipment of the office. For Lot 2: Acquisition of agendas and calendars for the needs of the Department of Var. This lot is reserved for adapted companies and Labor Assistance Establishments and Services (ESAT) A single contract will be concluded with purchase orders in accordance with articles R. 2162-1. to R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. and R. 2162-14. of the CCP. Each contract is awarded for a period of one year (or 12 months) from the date of notification. It may be renewed three (3) times per one-year period, by express renewal, the total duration of the contract not exceeding four years.
