L’objet du marché porte sur l'animation de formations tertiaires généralistes pour EDF SA et ses filiales françaises. Les prestations du futur marché sont : - Des formations sur étagère existantes au catalogue du Titulaire, animées en inter-entreprise et intra-entreprise. - Des formations sur étagère existantes au catalogue du Titulaire et ajustées au contexte, à la demande de l’Entreprise, animées en intra-entreprise. - Des formations répondant à des besoins diffus sur mesure (à la marge). 7 lots sont prévus : Lot 1 : Domaine Transverse, Lot 2 : Domaine Juridique, Lot 3 : Domaine Numérique, Lot 4 : Domaine Communication, Lot 5 : Domaine Commerce, Lot 6 : Domaine RH, Lot 7 : Domaine Finance. L'accord cadre sera d’une durée de 4 ans ferme + 4 périodes optionnelles de 12 mois. EDF SA émet cet avis de marché en son nom et pour le compte de : Arabelle solutions, Cyclife Engineering, Cyclife France SA, Cyclife Holding, Dalkia, Datanumia, EDEV, EDF Assurances, EDF PEI, EDF Renouvelables, Edvance, Electricité de Strasbourg, Enedis, Framatome, Group Support Services, Hydrostadium, Hynamics, IFOPSE, IZI Confort, Oklima. Les Filiales Agregio, CHAM, CTE, EDF ENR, EDF international Networks, EDF Trading Logistics, EIFER, Fondation Entreprise EDF, GGF, Graphitec, IZI Solutions, IZIVIA, Metroscope, NUWARD, Perfesco, Protertia, SAFIDI, SHEMA, Sofilo, Sowee, STMC6, YXIR, CCAS, pourront bénéficier, si elles le souhaitent et à leur première demande, des conditions commerciales du marché passé par EDF SA pour ses besoins.
