This consultation is being launched in accordance with the following procedure: Open invitation to tender - Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the consultation is to: use technical assistance for the management of the ESF+ global grant. In order to reduce development gaps and strengthen economic and social cohesion between Member States' countries and regions, the European Union has created financial tools, the Structural Funds. Among them, the European Social Fund (ESF), created in 1957, is the main European instrument for promoting employment and social inclusion. For the 2021-2027 period, the ESF is reinforced and becomes the ESF+ For the 2021-2027 period, the ESF+ National Programme "Employment, Inclusion, Youth and Skills" is mobilised around 7 priorities: - Fostering the professional integration and social inclusion of people furthest from the labour market and the most vulnerable or excluded - Fostering young people's access to employment and enhancing their employability through educational success - Improving skills and education, vocational training and guidance systems to better anticipate and accompany economic change - Promoting a job-creating labour market accessible to all and an inclusive and healthy working environment - Providing food and material assistance to the most deprived - Fostering social innovation and the spin-off of innovative schemes - Responding to the specific challenges of the outermost regions In this context, the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolis, as a leader in integration on its territory, has been designated as an intermediary body for the management of the European Social Fund+ on priority 1: promoting the professional integration and social inclusion of people furthest from the labour market and the most vulnerable or excluded and may be covered by specific objective 1.H: promote active inclusion in order to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation and improve employability, in particular for disadvantaged groups.
