The subject of this public contract is the provision of services consisting in providing school catering for pupils and employees of school facilities in the town of Ostrov and ensuring the operation of canteens in these school facilities according to the contracting authority’s specifications and to the extent, quality and standard of catering pursuant to Decree No 107/2005 of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on school catering, as amended (‘the Services’). Services must be provided in accordance with all relevant hygiene, safety and fire regulations, in particular in accordance with the conditions laid down in Act No 258/2000 on the protection of public health, as amended, in accordance with the Decree on school catering and in accordance with the applicable hygiene and nutritional standards of school catering, i.e. also in accordance with the principles of good manufacturing and hygiene practice in catering services (HACCP). In connection with the performance of the Services, the Operator will manage waste in an environmentally friendly manner and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance and required Services, their scope, quality and standard is given in the Requirements for the provision of school catering and operation of canteens in school facilities in the City of Ostrov, which form Annex No. 2 to the ZD with a binding draft contract for the provision of school catering, which forms Annex No. 3 to the ZD.
