Description

Le marché a pour objet la maintenance des systèmes de fermetures automatisées (portes de garage, portails, barrières levantes, portillons, bornes rétractables, chaînes, portes piétonne…) du patrimoine de Lyon Métropole Habitat (locatif résidences tous publics (hors copropriétés et hors résidences spécialisées)et administratif) Il comprend 2 types de maintenance : 1) La maintenance préventive, ayant pour objet l'entretien complet, le dépannage et le remplacement des pièces usées par le fonctionnement normal, traitée à prix forfaitaire annuel. 2) La maintenance corrective, ayant pour objet l'ensemble des prestations de réparation ou de rénovation, qui s'exécute sur bons de commande et traitée à prix unitaires. Nombre d'équipements : à ce jour le contrat porte sur 364 équipements (23 barrières, 3 bornes, 80 portails,163 portes de garages, 7 portes piétonnes, 6 portillons, 2 rideaux métalliques)
