The contract includes services for Lot 1: Structural design pursuant to § 51 HOAI – estimate of costs: Cost group 300 = EUR 980000 gross, cost group 400 = EUR 300000 gross, contract value: EUR 60000 gross; Lot 2: Planning of technical installations pursuant to § 55 HOAI for groups 1, 2, 3 – cost estimate: EUR 180000 gross, contract value: EUR 40,0000 gross; Lot 3: Planning of technical installations pursuant to § 55 HOAI for groups 4, 5 and 6 – cost estimate: EUR 120000 gross, contract value: EUR 30000 gross. The services for LOT 1 will be contracted for service phases 1 – 6 and for Lots 2 and 3 for service phases 4 – 8.
