Novafos uses in this invitation to tender a simplified tendering process and a framework agreement concept, which will make it easier for both the Contracting Party and the Tenderer, and thereby take account of developments/variations in the range, etc. The Tenderer does not have to fill in extensive (tender) lists created for the occasion by the Contracting Party, as in traditional tenders. As part of the offer, the Tenderer must provide an overview of the Tenderer's assortment in the following product categories, as well as a discount rate that applies to the entire Tenderer's assortment in these categories. Technically, a ‘secret’ basket model will be used. The framework agreement will cover the entire offeror's assortment within the mentioned product categories.
