Entreprenaden gäller Historiegränd 6-14, del av fastigheten Preceptorn 2, Ålidhem, Umeå och omfattar kompletta mark- och husbyggnadsarbeten för renovering av studentrum och korridorrum i totalt drygt 500 studentrum samt kvarterskontor och gemensamhetsytor i 5 hus samt tillhörande komplementbyggnader.
