For each lot, the period of validity of this contract shall run from 1 October 2024 (or from the date of notification if later) for a period of one year. It may be renewed tacitly three times for a further period of one year. The contractor may not refuse renewal in accordance with the provisions of Article R2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code. In the event of non-renewal, a letter will be sent to the holder(s) of the public contract at least one month before its expiry date.
