Description

This agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle lease and additional all-in services (maintenance, insurance, repair, operational management) to all employees of the city and the CPAS Beringen, the 2 urban primary schools and the Academy and that meet the conditions for granting the bicycle policy. At present, 144 lease contracts from the current framework contract expire on 31 December 2026. The current lease contracts will expire as follows: 7 in 2026, 39 in 2027, 50 in 2028 and 48 in 2029. New from 2027 is that the staff of the schools SBS Koersel and SBS Korspel and of the Academy of Music, Word and Dance will also be able to participate. Within the different entities, the following number of employees is eligible for bicycle leasing: - City of Beringen: 354 - OCMW Beringen: 107 - SBS Koersel: 55 - SBS Korspel: 21 - Urban Academy (SAMWD): 70 The actual quantities will be determined by the individual choice of the staff concerned. The intention is that the employees have a free choice of the type of bicycle and that they also have a choice of a lease term of 36 months or 48 months. Within the city and the CPAS, bicycle leasing will be deducted from the end-of-year allowance. It must be possible to take over the bicycle individually at the end of the lease period at an agreed residual value. The sole purpose of the inventory requested is to gain an insight into the price structure: lease price offered, breakdown assistance, insurance, maintenance and administration costs, takeover amount, etc. The inventory contains the most common types of bicycles, is non-exhaustive and only serves to make a clear comparison when assessing the offers.
