Verification and maintenance means of extinguishing the SAPHIR GHT establishments (No 523001). Main features: The purpose of this consultation is to carry out periodic verification and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of the fire-extinguishing and fire-fighting systems of the various SAPHIR HTG member establishments. The services must be carried out on the following materials, equipment and installations: portable and mobile fire extinguishers; armed fire valves (RIA); dry columns; fire poles. The Holder is responsible for the proper functioning of the materials, equipment and installations for which he is responsible. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Specific Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P.), in the annexes thereto, and in the financial annex. Allotment: No: single lot. The contract to be concluded shall not be divided into lots within the meaning of Article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code; its purpose does not allow the identification of separate services. Estimated starting date of the framework agreement: 1 January 2026. Basic duration of the framework agreement: Two years. Renewals, if any: The framework agreement is renewable twice, for a period of one year each (tacit renewal). Or a maximum duration of 4 years. Purchasing technique: Single-awarded framework agreement with order forms, within the meaning of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
