Description

Auftraggeber i.S.v. § 98, 99 Nr. 2 a) b) GWB ist zunächst die GUT. Gesellschafter der GUT sind alle Kommunen des Landkreises Haßberge (46,40%), der Landkreis Haßberge, (48,40%), die Städtische Betriebe Haßfurt GmbH (3,20%) und die bbv-Landsiedlung GmbH (2,00%). Es ist vor-gesehen, dass der ausschreibungsgegenständliche Dienstleistungsvertrag nach Abschluss des Vergabeverfahrens, auf das gKU übergeleitet wird. Gesellschafter des gKU sind die Kommunen des Landkreises Haßberge und der Landkreis Haßberge selbst. Das gKU ist selbst öffentlicher Auftraggeber i.S.v. §§ 98, 99 Nr. 2 a), b) GWB. Langfristig soll in einem nächsten Schritt der Vertrag auf die noch zu gründende Vertriebsgesellschaft übergeleitet werden. An der Vertriebsgesellschaft soll das gKU zu 100% beteiligt sein.
