Description

Formalised procedure (Article L2124-1 of the Code) of the open invitation to tender type (Article L2124-2 of the Code) in accordance with Article R2124-1 & 2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the Code. 2 lots in framework agreements (Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Code) single-contractor services with purchase orders (Article R2162-13 & 14 of the Code). For each lot, the contract will take effect from the date of its notification for an initial period until 6 November 2025. The notification of the contract shall not constitute the start of performance. An order form will be issued to start the actual commissioning of the services on 7 November 2024. In the meantime, as soon as the contract is notified, the contractor must provide all the services necessary to meet this deadline for putting the contract into service. At the end of the initial period, the contract will be tacitly renewable three times per successive period of one year (12 months). The estimated value indicated below corresponds to the maximum value of the 2 lots over the maximum duration
