Description

The subject of the open procedure is the selection of contractors for a public procurement procedure for ‘Engineering - design, construction and author’s supervision for the energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings in the town of Devnya, Devnya municipality under four lots in connection with the procedure ‘Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock – Stage I’. The subject matter of this contract covers the following activities: Activity 1: design – preparation of investment projects in the technical design phase, in accordance with Regulation No 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act and the secondary legislation on its application to construction works/sites covered by the lots; Activity 2: construction / construction works - execution of construction and assembly works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction, in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the requirements of the Assignor of construction works / sites subject to the lots; Activity 3: author’s supervision – the exercise of author’s supervision during the execution of construction works/sites subject to the lots; which concern all 4 multi-apartment buildings divided into lots: Lot 1: "Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located in Devnya, Rayko Daskalov bl. 70" Lot 2: "Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located in Devnya, 1 Saedinenie Blvd., Entrance A, Entrance B, Entrance C"
