The oil will be delivered on the basis of a partial order by the Contracting Authority addressed to the Contractor. Orders will be placed by telephone or fax. The oil must be delivered no later than 3 working days after the placing of the partial order from the Contractor to the Police Unit specified in the Oil Supply Order will be carried out from Monday to Friday during the Contracting Authority’s working hours, i.e. from 7.30 to 15.30. The contracting authority may request sampling of the oil supplied during each supply. These samples will be stored in sealed containers, sealed, dated and signed by representatives of both parties, the delivery of which rests with the Contractor. The quality of the oil delivered will be confirmed by a certificate of quality of the oil delivered attached to the document for release of the oil (WZ).
Failure to attach a certificate of quality of the oil delivered to the document for issuing the oil will constitute a ground for refusal by the contracting authority to accept the oil.
The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the subject-matter of the contract by a maximum of 30 %. On this basis, the Contractor shall not have any financial claim against the Contracting Authority.
Heating diesel must meet the quality requirements of the energy raw materials authorised for marketing and use in thermal energy. The heating gas oil supplied shall meet the following requirements:

9/Sulfur content on a weight basis of not more than* – 0.10 %
10/Partial composition:
— to 2 500 °C not more than – 65 %,
— to 3 500 °C not less than – 85 %.
11/A residue after ashing not more than – 0.01 %.
