Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług pn.: "Świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby oświetlenia ulicznego oraz budynków Gminy Andrychów” Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia objętego negocjacjami zawiera: a) transport energii elektrycznej siecią dystrybucyjną OSD w celu dostarczenia energii elektrycznej do miejsc wskazanych w załączniku nr 4.1 oraz 4.2 do zaproszenia do negocjacji b) utrzymanie ciągłości dostarczenia energii elektrycznej oraz niezawodności jej dostarczania, c) utrzymanie parametrów jakościowych energii elektrycznej.
