Description

Lot 19 - Ventilation and exhaust extraction systems For the fire brigade village of Mecklenburg, the new construction of a fire brigade equipment building is being built. This is a one-storey, non-basement, massive building. The building is divided into the hall section, in which up to 5 emergency and fire fighting vehicles are parked, as well as the social wing. In the social wing are the lounges, training and changing rooms/showers and offices as well as technical rooms. To supply the shower and changing room area including the locks with fresh air on the ventilation side, about 1,300 m3/h is required. The supply is realized by a ceiling unit to be placed in the warehouse with heat recovery. The internal WC rooms of the office and training wing and the training and meeting room are ventilated and ventilated by means of a separate device installed in the HA room. The pump mixer group of the AHU systems are provided by the ventilation trade and mounted directly in the devices. The heating unit connects to the provided pipe nipples on the ventilation units. A special feature is the existing wooden beamed ceiling, which delimits the described area of use towards the attic. The ventilation pipes penetrate this barrier and thus also the fire section. The trusses of the wooden beam ceilings and also the cross bracings in the cold attic impair the installation work. Separate rooms to be vented for parts are equipped with corresponding pipe fans. In addition, overheating of the electrical room of the PV system by means of refrigeration systems must be counteracted.
