Description

Upphandlingen omfattar ett heltäckande sortiment av vvs-material för succesiva avrop under ramavtalsperioden. Upphandlingen ska tillgodose Umeå kommuns hela behov av vvs-material. Denna upphandling omfattar artiklar som inom vvs-branschen betecknas i RSK-nummerlistor. Kommunen avser att teckna avtal med en vvs-grossist som har ett brett sortiment och utbud till ett marknadsmässigt pris. Säljaren åtar sig att leverera material i enlighet med villkoren i detta ramavtal med bilagor samt leverans till samtliga av Kommunens angivna adresser. Säljarens leveranskapacitet ska upprätthållas under hela ramavtalsperioden. Säljaren har inte rätt att, med hänvisning till detta Ramavtal, marknadsföra eller sälja produkt eller tjänst som inte omfattas av Ramavtalet. Säljaren åtar sig att utföra alla delar av avtalet i enlighet med bestämmelserna i detta ramavtal och med den skicklighet, snabbhet och omsorg som Kommunen har anledning att förvänta av ett välrenommerat företag verksamt inom branschen.
