Description

maintenance of anti-pigeon devices on behalf of L'Etablissement public du musee du louvre. The subject of this contract is the maintenance of the anti-pigeon system by electro-repulsion on the grounds of the Louvre Museum. This contract corresponds to: - in part and principally to an ordinary contract, remunerated by a global and flat-rate price, for the inspection and routine maintenance services of the existing system and, - in part to a framework agreement with order forms (contracted at unit prices) without a minimum and with a maximum of EUR 400 000,00 (excl. VAT) for the total duration of the contract, for services relating to major repairs and possible extensions of the system. The duration of the contract (lump sum share and validity of the contract purchase order share within the meaning of Article R2162-5 of the Public Order Code) shall start to run from the date of notification for a firm period of 48 months.
