Supply by purchase of solid fuels for the needs of Parvomay Municipality, with estimated quantities as follows: – Donbass coal or Donbass equivalent with an estimated quantity of 42.5 (forty-two and five) tonnes (+/-10%); – firewood /hardwood/ with an estimated quantity of 204 (two hundred and four) cubic meters (+/-10%); – wood pellets with an estimated quantity of 12 (twelve) tonnes (+/-10%); Under Article 79(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act, contracting authorities may award public contracts by negotiated procedure without prior publication where the subject of the contract is the delivery of goods traded on a commodity pine, in accordance with a list approved by an act of the Council of Ministers on a proposal from the Minister of Finance.
