The public contract is divided into 2 lots, with specified materials for printing, described in Specification / Annex No 1 as follows: Lot 1 – Printing of brochures. Lot No 2 – Advertising printed matter In accordance with Article 12(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), in conjunction with Council of Ministers Decision No 591/18.07.2016, the contracting authority reserved the public contract under lot No 1 and lot No 2 for the award of specialised enterprises or cooperatives to people with disabilities or to economic operators whose main objective is the social or professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people.
