This public notice means: - Experience a verification of the current potential of the reference market and any available solutions; - Detect the actual existence of more than one economic operator potentially interested in the provision of routine and extraordinary maintenance services, assistance and training of personnel for radiographic scanning systems for cargo containers (No 6 model HCVG 6033 viZual) owned by the Customs and Monopolies Agency and able to carry out all the activities required as they meet the necessary requirements; - Ensure maximum publicity for the initiative itself, in order to ensure the widest dissemination of information and the most effective participation by stakeholders. This notice is not directly aimed at the award of a contract and does not constitute – in any way – an invitation to tender or an offer to the public (ex Article 1336 of the Civil Code). Participants in the market consultation thus launched will not acquire any right to take part in any procedure that the Agency may initiate following the consultation.The expression of interest submitted by the economic operator is therefore in no way binding on the Agency, which reserves the right - in any event - to suspend, extend, modify and/or cancel the consultation relating to this public notice and/or not to follow up any subsequent award procedure, without the applicants being able to claim any right or claim, not even pursuant to Articles 1337 and 1338 of the Italian Civil Code.
