Description: Der Bewertungspreis ist der im Preisblatt genannte Nettopreis zzgl. der zum Angebotszeit-punkt gültigen Umsatzsteuer unabhängig von der Steuerschuldnerschaft, unter Einbezie-hung von Skonti und Rabatten. Der Bestpreis wird mit 90 Punkten bewertet. Bestpreis ist der niedrigste Preis. Ein Angebot in Höhe des Doppelten des Bestpreises erhält 0 Punkte. Dazwischen werden die Punkt-werte im Wege einer linearen Interpolation ermittelt.
