Description

This contract is strategic in nature and forms part of a comprehensive approach to continuous improvement of cleaning services within the hospital. In this context, the experience of cleaning in a hospital environment of the tenderer's management team will be essential. It pursues a number of closely related objectives, including: 1° The performance of cleaning services, for which the contractor will be bound by an obligation of result; 2° The integration of a more sustainable and human dimension in the organisation and implementation of cleaning operations on the basis of ESG criteria; 3° Optimisation of current procedures and techniques, with a view to innovation and continuous improvement. The contracting authority thus intends to partner with a partner capable of co-constructing an ambitious and innovative response, aligned at the same time: - on the orientations of its strategic plan, in particular with regard to Humanism, Modernity, Optimisation and Environmental Neutrality; - and on the three dimensions of the ESG criteria, as specified above. The partner will implement sustainable, ecological and socially responsible cleaning services in line with the adjudicator’s CSR policy and hygiene rules related to hospital activity. Several contracting authorities have decided to award this public contract in the form of an occasional joint contract, with: - Principal tenderer: The non-profit organisation SantĆ© & PrĆ©voyance Clinique Saint Luc Bouge, whose registered office is at Rue Saint Luc, 8 at 5004 Bouge, registered with the ECB under company number BE0407.961.214 – Beneficial bidder 1: The non-profit organisation La RĆ©crĆ©, whose registered office is at Rue Saint Luc, 4/6 at 5004 Bouge, registered with the ECB under company number BE0459.252.240 – Beneficial bidder 2: CARE-NAM ASBL with registered office at Rue Claire Froidmont, 11 to 5004 Bouge registered with the ECB under company number BE0770.842.667 Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
