Description

This contract is strategic in nature and forms part of a comprehensive approach to continuous improvement of cleaning services within the hospital. In this context, the experience of cleaning in a hospital environment of the tenderer's management team will be essential. It pursues a number of closely related objectives, including: 1Ā° The performance of cleaning services, for which the contractor will be bound by an obligation of result; 2Ā° The integration of a more sustainable and human dimension in the organisation and implementation of cleaning operations on the basis of ESG criteria; 3Ā° Optimisation of current procedures and techniques, with a view to innovation and continuous improvement. The contracting authority thus intends to partner with a partner capable of co-constructing an ambitious and innovative response, aligned at the same time: - on the orientations of its strategic plan, in particular with regard to Humanism, Modernity, Optimisation and Environmental Neutrality; - and on the three dimensions of the ESG criteria, as specified above. The partner will implement sustainable, ecological and socially responsible cleaning services in line with the adjudicatorā€™s CSR policy and hygiene rules related to hospital activity.
